HW #4 17th Century in Europe
1. Notes on Poussin. Why is his work called "classical?"
2. Notes on the most important French artists mentioned in your texts, with a few notes on each of them
3. Versailles, Louvre and other French buildings. Make a few notes about each.
4. English architecture. A few notes on St. Paul’s Cathedral (Christopher Wren) and Banqueting House (Inigo Jones).

1. Write some notes on Rococo architecture, interior & exterior.
2. Define fete galante.
